Our members are drawn from the
the BME communities in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Our members are older people who are vulnerable
due to the fact that they are carers and/or have a
disability and require support in order to
continue living independently in the community'.
You can become a member by contacting us directly or
asking social services, health and voluntary
organisations to refer you.
A £1.00 membership fee is payable when you join.
